Cancellations & Refunds

Learn more about our policies regarding cancellations and refunds at Salt & Core Pilates. We strive to provide clarity and transparency in all aspects of our business to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Cancellation Plan

Under the circumstances that us at Salt & Core Pilates need to cancel an event, individuals who were signed up for the cancelled class will be provided with two options: 

  1. Receive credit to register for a class on a different day (does not need to be the same weekday).
  2. Receive a full refund for the missed class. 

 

Under the circumstances that a participant needs to cancel:

To receive full refund, participants are required to cancel a class at least 24 hours in advance to the class start time

  • Any cancellation after this time period will result in no refund (you will not get our pass back)
  • For participants who do not cancel and simply do not show up to the class without notice, they will receive no refund and will have an additional $10 fee charged

Participants will receive full refunds for cancellations at any time due to medical reasons as long as a doctor note or certification of proof is shown.

Refund Process

All classes require a minimum (17) and maximum (24) enrollment. In the case that the minimum enrollment is not met the class will be cancelled and the pass used will be added back into their account. If the maximum enrollment is met, any individual who registers after will be placed on a waitlist if they choose. If a sport opens, people on the waitlist will one by one be added into the class based on their place on the waitlist. The first person to sign up after the class is full will be the first on the waitlist and will therefore be added into the classes first. A pass will not be used until a participant is fully enrolled in the class, therefore, being on the waitlist will not use a pass.

Weather Disruptions

In the rare event that severe weather conditions, such as rain, hail, or hurricanes, disrupt a scheduled class, the program will be cancelled. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and instructors in such situations. Updates and rescheduling information will be communicated promptly.
